Built four story condominium building, 10664 W. Kinnard Ave. Westwood, Los Angeles CA. 90024.

Status: Currently in Drywall Stage

Role: General Contractor.

Objective: Plan and execute all phases of a 4 story 10,800 Sf condominium project with a subterranean garage.

Responsibilities: project plan and schedules, developed deliverables to satisfy the customer needs, executed project plans, monitored/controlled project execution plans. Assured compliance with state laws, safe work practices, and building homes in accordance with Iran national Building code.

Deliverables: Will deliver four High-end grounds up condominiums each being approximately 1500-2500 SF.

Outcome: Project has been moving forward with high customer satisfaction and within our timeframe.
