Role: General Contractor

Objective: Plan and execute all phases of 2000 sf new construction ADU

Responsibilities: Initiation, project plan and schedules, developed deliverables to satisfy the customer needs, executed project plans, monitored/controlled project execution plans. Assured compliance with state laws, safe work practices, and building homes in accordance with IBC code Books in addition to the local city ordinances to pass all trade specific city inspections.
