Build the new 2000 SF 2 story single family house Located at 1433 Livonia Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90035

Role: General Contractor

Objective: Plan and execute all phases of 2000 sf New construction ADU located at city of LosAngeles.

Responsibilities: Initiation, project plan and schedules, developed deliverables to satisfy the customer needs, executed project plans, monitored/controlled project execution plans. Assured compliance with state laws, safe work practices, and building homes in accordance with IBC code Books in addition to the local city ordinances in order to pass all trade specific city inspections.
