Philosophy
LHC began as a general contractor in southern California in 2019. Throughout the years we have expanded our skillset and expertise to have a one-stop shop for all your construction needs. Today, LHC takes on the role of a GC for small to medium-sized projects for residential and commercial properties. We have built a team of experts that can design, build, remodel, and provide project management services. We also, coordinates specialty trade subcontractors and provide engineering solutions as value-add services to our client.
Our philosophy is to be the industry’s benchmark. Our model is honesty, integrity, and assurance of satisfaction. Our emphasis is to have an open and clear channel of communication and follow-through procedures to ensures that our client’s satisfaction is a met throughout the whole construction process.

The business is driven by a management team, the senior project manager and GC, Danial Lakayan, has accumulated more than 22 years of work experience in the construction industry.
Our management team is involved in business development, procurement, project management and administration of the company.
The management team proactively gathers feedback, identifies changes in business environment, reviews work process and communicates key learning points and company policy to all staff at scheduled weekly meetings.

Our People are crucial in the delivery of our service and solutions to our clients. In order to ensure that everyone is equipped with the right skills, knowledge, and attitude, training programs are put in place to constantly advance our team’s management and technical skillsets.
Our GC:
Our CEO and Senior Project manager, Danial Lakayan has a degree in Master of Science in Civil Engineering. He is also a PHD Candidate for Civil Engineering. He has been interested and involved in the construction from a young age as he followed his father’s footsteps.
